This just in- the lecture by Cafe Racer magazine editor Mike Seate and screening of “The Bikeriders” movie at Sewickley’s Lindsay Theater has been postponed for one week. Sorry for any inconvenience, but the week delay will give Seate time to recover from a case of Covid he picked up while traveling earlier this month. The delay will also give the CRM crew extra time to prepare the classic Norton Dominator/Atlas custom that’s slated to be on display inside the Walnut Street theater during the presentation. We’ve unearthed some fun, historical odds and ends to bring to the venue next Friday at 6:30 pm, including a rare interview with photographer Danny Lyon whose imagery inspired the new film, along with some old school black and white production stills from classic 1960s and ’70s biker flicks, as well as a multimedia show filled with photos, movie posters and other artifacts from the era that inspired “The Bikeriders” See you on Friday, June 28th at the Lindsay.
